Hakan Ozturk has been in the Residential Real Estate Industry since 2003. He started his Real Estate career in the state of Florida as a Real Estate Salesperson and subsequently he received his Real Estate Broker license. He has worked for companies such as Coldwell Banker Residential and Dynamic-Realty Group in the Southeast Florida region at a time when the real estate market was at its peak. In 2007, Mr. Ozturk moved to the Atlanta metro. area. Mr. Ozturk is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker currently working at Chapman Hall Realtors as a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate. While he has only been in the state of Georgia for two years, he has learned a lot about the local real estate market through his search for a home for his own family and his business dealings. After experiencing the hurricanes Wilma and Katrina, and the real estate bubble burst, making a decision to move up to our beautiful state of Georgia was easy. Mr. Ozturk has also lived for 22 years in the Chicago metro. area and considers himself native to Chicago.
