 Cary brings a background in Interior Design and a degree in Communications focusing in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from UNC - Chapel Hill to her real estate business. Prior to real estate, she worked in Marketing and Advertising and later as a Public Relations Director.


When listing a property, she employs a professional stager to prepare a home for sale at no additional cost to the seller. She provides wide angle photos, virtual tours, color flyers, multiple websites and mailings to market the home.


Cary enjoys working with first time home buyers and spent her first two years in business working solely as a buyer's agent.


For the last decade, Cary has primarily focused her business in North Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett and the Metro Atlanta area, but she also services locations within one hour of Atlanta including Peachtree City, Jefferson, Winder, Powder Springs and Loganville.
