Ben Morris was born and bred in the Atlanta area. From a young age, his entrepreneurial spirit shone through, but it wasn’t until a cross-country flight to Las Vegas that his passion for real estate came to life. Something about the acres of new homes abutting acres of barren desert sparked an interest that is still very much alive today.
Ben attended the University of Georgia and continued his quest for real estate knowledge. He entered the Terry College of Business and graduated with a BBA in Real Estate.
Upon graduation, Ben ran the gamut of the real estate profession. Working for subsidiary of Blackstone Capital called Invitation Homes, Ben orchestrated the purchase of over $20 million in Gwinnett County and analyzed tens of thousands of properties, excelling at market valuation, contract essentials, and agent relations. Shortly after, he joined the #1 real estate team in Atlanta, selling over 30 homes in his first year while building his interpersonal communication skills.
After putting in his time, Ben realized his potential as a entrepreneur and branched out on his own as an independent agent for Chapman Hall Realtors.
Now, Ben enjoys doing what he does best: matching clients with their dream home by truly understanding their needs and goals. When he’s not with clients, Ben enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and traveling abroad.
