Ken has been successfully representing buyers and sellers of real estate since 2000. Early on he discovered there is vast difference in the expertise between agents, and the number of years in business is not a sure indicator of actual expertise. To distinguish himself from other agents, Ken went back into the classroom and earned his Broker’s license in 2006. Ken is experienced handling both selling and buying homes and takes particular pride in providing personalized professional service to each of his clients. Prior to going into real estate, he owned his own computer consulting company for 12 years. Ken says the only thing better than working with real estate clients is volunteering to serve Jesus Christ and others in his community. Ken volunteers with several organizations throughout the state and sometimes a little farther from home. When Ken’s not selling real estate, you might be amused where you do find him. He volunteers with disabled children and youth through Joni and Friends and the Happy Club. Since he is an IFR certified pilot he volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol for the search and rescue of downed aircraft as well as flying cadets to build their learning skills and professional development. Ken volunteers at cultural events such as the Johns Creek Symphony and Oglethorpe University. When a hurricane strikes, Ken breaks out his chainsaws and serves the community both personally and through the Southern Baptist Convention Disaster Relief association. Ken says “Volunteering is great, you should try it”. Ken has been married to his child-hood sweetheart, Felicia since 1984 and for fun likes to hike, bike, fly, canoe and travel. Ken currently lives in Johns Creek, GA an Atlanta suburb, and has been in Atlanta since 1985.
